Apply for the Multnomah County Property Value Appeals Board

Multnomah County is seeking volunteers for the Property Value Appeals Board (PVAB), which reviews taxpayer appeals for property value reductions. Ideal candidates will be residents with a background in real estate, valuation, or appraisal, and familiarity with Oregon property tax laws.
Board members will participate in public hearings, review evidence, and make decisions. The position requires a commitment of up to two years, with service from February through April. Members receive a daily per diem.
