Portland Permitting & Development’s recommendation to the Hearings Officer for the Alpenrose/Raleigh Crest Land Use application is now available.
At this time, the application does not fully meet the criteria needed for approval, as summarized on pages 60-61 of the report. The developer can provide the missing information before the hearing or ask that the hearing record be kept open to allow more time.
The September 25 hearing notice is posted here, including these instructions on how to testify: “To comment, you may testify at the hearing, submit comments at www.portland.gov/omf/hearings/land-use; email your comments to HearingsOfficeClerks@portlandoregon.gov; write to the Land Use Hearings Officer, 1900 SW Fourth Ave., Suite 3100, Portland, OR 97201; or FAX your comments to 503-823-4347.” You can submit testimony any time through the close of the hearing.
