We are excited to announce that the Aging Disability and Veterans Services Division is launching an Area Plan survey, open from October 1st to October 25th. Responses are confidential, and we are offering a $20 gift card for people’s time on a first-come-first-served while supplies last.

At a glance:
- Who: Age 50+ (or older adults or elders as defined by their community)
- People age 18+ with disabilities, veterans, and caregivers.
Including:
- Low income, which includes food security, housing stability and access to health care, with particular emphasis on those with additional challenges due to physical/behavioral disabilities or chronic medical conditions.
- At risk for placement in a long term care facility.
- Historically underserved communities including indigenous people, immigrants, and people of color.
- LGBTQIA2S+ elders, veterans, and people with disabilities
This survey is available in 13 languages online: English, Chinese Traditional, Chinese Simplified, Vietnamese, Russian, Spanish, Ukrainian, Arabic, Filipino/Tagalog, Romanian, Thai/Siamese, Lao, and Somali.
