The City of Portland published the “Request for Response” for the Raleigh Crest Land Use application, which has now been deemed complete.

Comments about the application are due to Sean Williams by August 14, by mail to 1900 SW Fourth Ave., Suite 4500, Portland, OR 97201 or by email to Sean.williams@portlandoregon.gov.
After the comment period ends, the city’s development staff will prepare their Land Use recommendation for the Hearings Officer. There will then be an opportunity for public testimony to be submitted to the Hearings Officer for the hearing to be scheduled in late September. Public notice signs are required to be posted along the property 20 days before the hearing date. Those who live within 400 feet of the Alpenrose property will receive a notice by mail.
The Hayhurst neighborhood association plans to meet at the end of July to organize comments.
